    1. The OneData.Plus Platform is a shared environment. Therefore, we highly recommend you don’t use any sensitive data during your trial period. Furthermore, BDIPlus will not sell any of your information to any outside sources, business partners, or third-party entities. We use your information to:
      1. Deliver and maintain our products and services and related infrastructure.
      2. Establish and maintain your account.
  • Measure credit and payment risk.

Upon termination, cancellation, expiration or other conclusion of the Agreement, Service Provider shall return all user data to Institution or, if return is not feasible, destroy any and all user data. Please allow up to 10 business days for your email preferences and any updates of your Personal Information to take effect.  We will then retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services and as necessary to comply with our legal, regulatory or compliance obligations. Any marketing by BDIPlus will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and include (where applicable) methods to allow you to express your preferences (including being removed from our advertising and marketing lists as set out above).
